Cancellations and Refunds:

For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the scheduled service date, a refund of 100% of the total service fee will be issued.

For cancellations made between 14 and 21 days prior to the service date, a refund of 50% of the total service fee will be issued.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service date.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the refund request approval.
Exceptions:
- In exceptional cases, such as force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refunds outside of the standard policy. These cases will be assessed on an individual basis.
