Dim Tours Sri Lanka Booking Terms & Conditions
We’re excited to help you plan your dream vacation in Sri Lanka. These Booking Terms and Conditions outline the policies that govern reservations made through our Email,[email protected]. By making a booking, you acknowledge you have read and understood these terms.
Confirmation of Booking
- Ensure all traveller names exactly match their passports.
- A 50% deposit is required upfront to confirm your booking, including tailor-made holidays.
- Once all reservations are confirmed, we’ll send a Confirmation Email.
- Full payment is due 7 days before you arrive in Sri Lanka.
- Paying the deposit confirms your acceptance of our booking terms.
- You are responsible for any bank charges incurred during a bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel a booking, notify your Dim Tours consultant immediately via email, quoting your Invoice number.
- Group cancellations (by the tour leader) hold each individual equally liable for cancellation charges.
- Due to the pandemic, if Dim Tours must cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund (100%)
Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival in Sri Lanka will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 21 and 30 days before your arrival will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 21 days before your arrival will not be refunded.

- Dim Tours reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances or if full payment is not received by the due date.
